Band Leader - Werner Braun, grew up in Germany where from the age of fourteen he played in various jazz ensembles, dance bands and orchestras. His love for Big Bands grew when joining the prestigious Wolf Kaiser Big Band, with countless performances nationally and internationally at gala balls, functions and the like. In Australia, he used his professional knowledge as Eductaion Officer for Music in Darwin and Instrumental Music Teacher in Queensland encouraging hundreds of students to expand their musical horizons. werner is well-known in Far North Queensland as an integral contributor to the local music scene.
